Summary/Objective
The Customer Services Representative is will be in daily communication with internal and/or external customers providing first-line response to a high volume of incoming calls from Auto Approve customers. The most successful candidates will be extremely customer-focused and organized, have the ability to easily multi-task, and accurately identify and assess customer needs and take appropriate action to resolve the issue on the call.
Selected candidates must have flexibility to work all shifts between 7:00am – 7:00pm Central Time.
Responsible for:
- Deliver a premier experience for Auto Approve's customers during every interaction
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions and concerns related to their refinance applications and/or accounts.
- Properly diagnosing customer needs and proactively educating them about the features and benefits of Auto Approve’s products and services
- Effectively utilizing system applications to achieve desired outcome
- Documenting required information in system of record
- Retaining Auto Approve’s product and process knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 2+ year of customer service experience, financial services industry experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong telephone etiquette skills
- Ability to quickly read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
